Terri Jondahl joined CAB in 1995 and serves as the CEO of CAB Incorporated and CAB Worldwide Holdings Inc operations in the U.S., South Africa, China, India, Korea and Vietnam. She is the majority shareholder of CAB, and is in the process of achieving Women's Business Enterprise certification. Jondahl has extensive hands-on experience in sales management, financial management, overseas supplier management and production and quality management.

Terri Jondahl is very active in the community, serving on the Executive Board of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce (where she served as the 2011 Chair), Board of Directors, Gwinnett Health System, Board of Trustees of the Georgia Gwinnett College Foundation, Gwinnett Medical Foundation and Gwinnett County Public Schools Foundation and several other organizations. She was recently appointed by Governor Nathan Deal to serve on the Lake Lanier Islands Development Authority. Jondahl has served as the State President of The Texas Federation of Business & Professional Women and President of the Federation of Business and Professional Women in the Ukiah, California and Nacogdoches, Texas regions. Jondahl was honored in the 2008 Atlanta Woman Magazine as one of the "Top 25 Professional Women to Watch." Jondahl received an A.A. in Business Administration at Mendocino College.

She loves to paint and spend time boating or jet skiing on Lake Lanier.

Mike Vanderbosch has served as President of CAB since 1995. His primary responsibility is the oversight of the Texas manufacturing facility operations, and managing CAB's manufacturing and distribution operations. Vanderbosch plays a key role in managing the sales of wind tower products and waterworks flange products, and maintaining key account relationships with major customers in these product lines.

Working closely with overseas producers of wind tower components and waterworks flanges, Vanderbosch has extensive experience in developing supply chain partners around the world. He serves as Chairman of the American WaterWorks Association C207 Pipe Flange andC228 Stainless Steel Pipe Flange specification committee, and is considered one of the nation's leading experts on waterworks flanges.

Vanderbosch attended Mendocino College and was honorably discharged from the US Army in 1973. Currently, he loves spending time on his ranch in Texas, where he has a variety of horses, cows, dogs, cats and a stocked fish pond.

As Vice President of Sales and International Marketing at CAB Incorporated since 2002, Karshagen plays a key role in managing supplier relationships for CAB's industrial cast and forged products in China, India and Vietnam. Karshagen played an instrumental role in growing CAB's castings product line revenues, and was instrumental in the successful growth of the Company's South African operations.

Prior to joining CAB Inc, Karshagen served as a Business Development Manager for Forgings, Flanges, and Fittings LLC from 2001 to 2002, where he was responsible for the development of new business opportunities. From 1998 to 2001, Karshagen served as a U.S. Business Development Manager for Ringrollers of South Africa/DCD. Karshagen was responsible for the company's U.S. development in the forging and telecommunication products market. From 1994 to 1998, Karshagen served as an Export Marketing Manager for Ringrollers in South Africa where he managed the Export Sales Department, handling sales of forged ring products around the world, which included travel to more than 30 countries.

Karshagen received a degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Port Elizabeth in South Africa.

Carey Herron serves as the Chief Financial Officer for CAB Incorporated. Her day-to-day responsibilities lie in many different areas, including: accounting, treasury, finance, information technology, human resources, insurance and supply chain processes. Carey's role at CAB also includes financial reporting, accounting policies, procedures and internal controls, supply chain optimization and process efficiencies, managing relationships with the firm's auditors, financial institutions and investors, identifying and managing business risks and insurance requirements, identifying and maintaining compliance regarding HR, payroll and employee compensation and benefits.

For fun, Carey and her family enjoy activities such as, camping, hiking and fishing. She and her husband do their best to keep up with their five active and wonderful kids!

Brian Payne is CAB's Vice President, as well as, Asia Supply Chain and Quality Assurance and Texas Operations Manager. He is responsible for developing, implementing and sustaining quality systems to meet numerous customer quality systems. He manages quality system and personnel in the U.S. and overseas and supports production, purchasing, engineering, sales, procurement, logistics and other aspects of the business. Payne travels extensively, both domestically and internationally, to develop customer and supplier relationships.

He provides technical/engineering expertise to numerous castings, forgings, and fabrication specifications and drawings from numerous customers. Brian holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is exceptionally strong in seeking process improvements that result in reduced costs of quality and reduced manufacturing costs.

Brian enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, coaching Little League baseball, basically any activity outdoors, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Randy Jones serves as the Senior Engineering Technical Manager for CAB Incorporated. He is responsible for new product/program launch and for driving continuous improvement activities throughout the organization. Randy is a detail focused individual that interrelates customer needs with the supply chain to ensure customer requirements are achieved.

His work days often consist of coordinating activities concerned with the technical development, resolving engineering design and testing issues, production scheduling, quality control, and logistics. He is experience with technical review of product design, tooling components, and complex metrology. Randy holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology and is certified as an ISO 90001 Lead Auditor.

When not working, Randy enjoys woodworking and the outdoors including hunting, fishing, and camping.

Richard enjoys golf and lake activities including jet skiing, taking his pontoon boat out on the water, and in general just spending time with his family and friends.

Bill Hughes serves as the Sales Account Manager for CAB Incorporated, though he also does quite a bit of work in Business Development. Bill joined CAB in March 2013 after spending 4 years as a Manufacturing Manager for one of the top wind-Turbine Manufacturers. Prior to working in the wind-industry, Bill spent 20 years in design, development and manufacturing of precision machined components for the computer industry, At CAB, Bill manages several key accounts and continues to develop new accounts.

Outside of the office, Bill likes to spend time with his wife, 4 kids and of their family dog, Haley. His first car was a 1966 Ford Mustang. Ever since then, he has owned over a dozen cars and is currently restoring a 64-1/2 coupe.

Lisa Smallwood serves as the Import Coordinator for CAB incorporated. She has been with CAB Incorporated since 1999. Her main responsibility is coordinating all incoming shipments from overseas to their final destination. This includes confirming bookings, tracking containers, updating our logistics system 'CABPORT', and receiving the inventory in our system.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys watching a good movie and all the episodes of Criminal Minds. Most of all, she really just enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Tracy Adams has been a part of our Sales department at CAB since 1991, and is responsible for the eastern half of the United States. He takes the time to develop lasting relationships with customers, and even considers most of them to be his friends, more than his customers. His philosophy at work is to strive for honesty and integrity in all of his relationships and to give more than he receives, which really pays off at the end of the day.

When Tracy is not selling flanges, he enjoys being with his family, including his triplet sons who keep he and his wife quite busy! He grew up as a southern boy (from Athens, GA), which helps to explain his passion for college sports, specifically UGA football. Some of his favorite activities include serving at his church and being outdoors, especially on the water with a fishing rod in his hand.

Brittany Drye is a Student Intern at CAB Incorporated, looking to gain some real "work place" experience while she pursues her degree in Industrial Engineering. Her job duties include: entering Accounts Payable and Purchase Order invoices into our 'MAS' system, miscellaneous filing, creating Purchase Orders and Sales Orders, issuing credit memos to customers, and other miscellaneous jobs wherever she is needed.

Brittany's interests outside of work include reading and writing, painting and other arts & crafts activities, spending time with her friends and family, and going out on the lake.

Amy Bustillos serves as the Supply Chain Administrator for CAB Incorporated, and is based in Southern California. She has been employed with CAB since August 2006, including 4 years working in CAB Shanghai. While working in CAB Shanghai, she served as the Logistics and Administrative Coordinator. Her job functions include: updating vendors shipping schedules and actual shipping information, collecting and verifying import documents, working with forwarders, customs brokerage and carriers for shipments import, and tracking direct shipments delivering to customers.

Her hobbies, outside of work, consist of gardening/planting flowers in her yard, camping, listening to music, and cooking for her family.

Dan Franke joined CAB in 2005 and is currently the western US region Sales Manager. Dan believes in developing strong relationships with his customers as he has been on both sides of the fence in his career. Timely feedback and quotes are important in the new world of business as time becomes more of a precious commodity. Prior to moving into sales, he spent 8.5 years working in the domestic production areas of the company with duties including purchasing, estimating, and production management.

From 1991-2005 Dan worked in the engineering and production management positions in the paper industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University.

When away from the office, Dan is active with his family. He is Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 100. With 4 children, ages 10-16, time is spent going to soccer, swimming and golf competitions along with other school and band activities. On the rare occasion of an open date, the family enjoys the outdoors including boating, fishing and jet skiing. Dan is thankful for the invention of DVR so he can watch his BUCKEYES and other favorite sport teams.

Greg Machann serves as the Quality Assurance Inspection Coordinator for CAB Incorporated. His responsibilities include: reviewing and approving all of the orders that come through our manufacturing facility, reviewing and approving the quality related documents submitted by our suppliers for the wind tower flanges and for the shafts and pinions used in the oil pumping units, and submitting these documents to the customer. Greg works closely with the freight forwarders and trucking companies in scheduling the deliveries of tower flanges to our customers.

He is also a member of the Safety Committee and shares responsibilities for our Hazard Communication system. Additionally, Greg assists in monitoring "special" orders as they are manufactures in our machine shop, and occasionally performs Final Inspections on manufactured flanges in the shop.

Greg is the father of six daughters, all of whom he is very proud of. He is actively involved in his community as a school board trustee and serves on the board of directors for the county appraisal district. Some of his favorite hobbies include being an umpire for high school and/or tournament softball and anything outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. Greg regularly attends church and actively supports the church's missions program.

Obie Jones is the Warehouse Manager and Castings Quality Manager for CAB, located at CAB's Nacogdoches, Texas manufacturing and distribution facility. He manages all warehouse operations for castings and forgings inventory maintained in Texas. Obie and his team are also responsible for a wide variety of quality assurance functions, including our "CAB Certified" inspections on mission critical parts – those that require a high level of inspection both overseas and in the U.S. prior to release to our customers.

Obie loves to travel, play with his grandkids and do a lot of outdoor cooking for his family.

Chris Cockrell is CAB's Assistant Operations Manager for Shipping, Quality, and Information Technology. Chris joined the CAB team in 2009. He is responsible for the shipping/receiving and incoming/outgoing inspections of imported and CAB manufactured pipe flanges. In addition, he assists CAB's IT Manager with IT requirements at CAB's Texas facility. He also manages steel plate inventory and purchasing, as well as, imported flange inventory management and inventory audit counts.

Chris considers his number one hobby to be his family, including his wife and three lovely daughters, ranging in age from 2 years old to 18 years old. He also enjoys saltwater fishing and an occasional trip to the Casino.

Her current project is planning a remodel of her 30+ year old home which means she browses websites like Houzz and other home improvement sites and watches a lot of HGTV.

Todd Preston works for CAB Incorporated as the Warehouse Manager of our warehouse located in Sumner, WA. Todd enjoys spending time with his wife and 10 year-old son, doing various outdoor activities. They enjoy spending time at the Oregon dunes, playing in the sand on their quads. During the summer months, or when it’s nice outside, Todd and his son Nathan enjoy cruising around in his 1963 Mercury Meteor. Finally, Todd and his family are all huge Seattle Seahawks fans. You can be sure to find them at every home game, and they usually start tailgating the evening before with the help of their “Seahawk Tailgating RV”.

Chris Jia serves as the Supplier Quality Engineer in CAB China. His job includes interface with suppliers to establish forged flange MPP's, PQRs, and working instructions. He also develops quality systems for flange suppliers, reviews supplier manufacturing processes (including process flow, tooling, machining fixtures, and inspection tools- gages, etc.), monitoring traceability and implementing traceability controls from raw material through delivery complete. Additionally, Chris completes and oversees UT, visual, and dimensional inspections on flanges, manages supplier corrective action program and improves its effectiveness for quality problems, and finds new forging flange suppliers to meet quality requirements.

Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Automation engineering. His hobbies include travelling, playing with his kid, and currently he is starting to learn to cook.

Tony Hu serves as the Product Inspector in CAB China. His day-to-day duties include reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and quality assurance standards, as well as giving written and verbal instructions, setting up the inspection process, and determining gauging requirements for new jobs. He also ensures the product quality and traceability and the on-time delivery, reviews supplier machining process to determine if their machining fixtures, tooling, and measurement tools (gauges) are acceptable. Additionally, Tony manages the supplier corrective action program and improves its effectiveness for quality problems, and finds new forging flange suppliers to meet quality requirements.Tony holds a Bachelor's degree in Metallic Material Engineering. His hobbies outside out work include travelling, biking and ping-pong.

Parth Sharma serves as the Managing Director in CAB India. His job functions include the following: Managing the entire operations of CAB in India; Overseeing and supervising the financial and administrative aspects; Assisting in recruitment and training of the staff in India, motivating and guiding them to become better managers, and educating them on presentations and communication skills; Regular meetings to set targets and discuss progress and resolve the issues being faced;

Gathering information on existing and potential vendors, competition and sharing the same with the team; Assisting in logistics, planning and resolving customs & shipping related issues faced by vendors; and Travelling domestically to develop and maintain vendor relationships.

Parth holds a B.S. in Computer Sciences from Delhi University (1988), an MBA in Marketing from Faculty of Management Studies, New Delhi (1992), and is a Certified Customs & International Shipping Specialist (1994). His hobbies include photography, trekking, golfing, Wild Life conservation (main focus – saving Tigers), and travelling to remote parts of the world and experiencing the beauty of nature.

Checking and approving quality failure reports and sending the same to the suppliers on a regular basis and monitoring trends and taking action to reduce gap; and Providing economical manufacturing process and guidance on resolving performance bottlenecks.

Jitender holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College or Engineering with over 10 years of experience in supply chain management, Procurement process, Vendor Development, Product Development, Process Quality Assurance, QMS, Production Operation, customer service and Quality (Warranty Administration). He is well versed with latest quality methodologies such as TQM, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, ASTM/ISO Material and Testing Standards. Additionally, he has an in-depth knowledge and understanding for ISO-9001:2008. Jitender is a Six Sigma Green belt Holder and an active team member of Field Task Force for quick resolution of field complaints. His hobbies include spending time with family and friends, cricket, bowling, video games, surfing, pool, chess, travelling and meeting with new people, and the world's current scenario, economy, and affairs.

Roger Jankes is the General Manager of South Africa operation, CAB WW SA Pty Ltd.  He has more than 30 years experienced in the piping industry. He has experience in the manufacture, design and product development of both Steel and Plastics piping systems. Roger has been involved in developing products and marketing into the mining industry and infrastructure markets, in Africa, Europe and South America. Wildlife conservation is a passion, and his hobbies include going to the gym, walking his dog, watching sports (especially motor racing), golfing, spending time with his grandson, trying different restaurants, and travelling anywhere in the world.

Janine Van Coller serves as the Accounting and Operations Manager in CAB South Africa. Her job functions include Stock Management (placing of stock orders, managing and transferring stock between warehouses, dealing with discrepancies, year-end stock takes, and managing stock that goes out for machining and galvanizing); Import control (Liaise with forwarding and clearing agents with regards to status of shipments and making sure we receive the containers as expected); Internal Sales (Assisting with internal sales calls and emails, and quoting and order processing).

Some of her other dad-to-day responsibilities include internal financial reporting, assisting HR relations, daily accounting and reconciling, and cash flow management and planning.

Her hobbies include scuba diving, jogging, camping, indoor action netball, wine tasting, and spendingtime with her friends and family.

Janie Henning serves as an internal sales person at CAB South Africa. She has a strong background in the sales industry for flanges, piping, fittings, roofing, structural tubing in both mild steel as well as stainless steel. Her job functions include processing of quotes, proforma invoices and sales orders from customers. Her day-to-day functions includes assisting customers with ex stock materials as well as non stocked flanges, sourcing the material for them and liase with suppliers for best prices possible.

She was recently married to a wonderful man after her first husband of 16 years passed away in November 2013. She has 4 children and 2 stepchildren who keep them very busy. They all enjoy camping, going away on weekend and in her freetime she loves to read, paint and listening to music.

Johannes Dikhoba serves as the Warehouse Manager for CAB South Africa. His job functions include receiving, checking, dispatching of stock, making entries in warehouse for inventory goods, assuring movement of stock good, storing information relating to inventory stock, delivering goods according to documents issued by the client, and keeping up with the accuracy of stock record.

Johannes was a Matriculate in college for supervision of stock keeping and stock control, as well as logistics management. His hobbies include watching soccer, movies, gardening, spending time with family, and just anything that refreshes his mind and body.
