Terri Jondahl joined CAB in 1995 and serves as the CEO of CAB Incorporated and CAB Worldwide Holdings Inc operations in the U.S., South Africa, China, India, Korea and Vietnam. She is the majority shareholder of CAB, which holds certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise. Jondahl has extensive hands-on experience in sales management, financial management, overseas supplier management and production and quality management;
Mike Vanderbosch has served as President of CAB since 1995. His primary responsibility is the oversight of the Texas manufacturing facility operations, and managing CAB's manufacturing and distribution operations. Vanderbosch plays a key role in managing the sales of wind tower products and waterworks flange products, and maintaining key account relationships with major customers in these product lines.
As Vice President of Sales and International Marketing at CAB Incorporated since 2002, Karshagen plays a key role in managing supplier relationships for CAB's industrial cast and forged products in China, India and Vietnam. Karshagen played an instrumental role in growing CAB's castings product line revenues, and was instrumental in the successful growth of the Company's South African operations.
Carey Herron serves as the Chief Financial Officer for CAB Incorporated. Her day-to-day responsibilities lie in many different areas, including: accounting, treasury, finance, information technology, human resources, insurance and supply chain processes. Carey's role at CAB also includes financial reporting, accounting policies, procedures and internal controls, supply chain optimization and process efficiencies, managing relationships with the firm's auditors, financial institutions and investors, identifying and managing business risks and insurance requirements, identifying and maintaining compliance regarding HR, payroll and employee compensation and benefits.
Brian Payne is CAB's Vice President, as well as, Asia Supply Chain and Quality Assurance and Texas Operations Manager. He is responsible for developing, implementing and sustaining quality systems to meet numerous customer quality systems. He manages quality system and personnel in the U.S. and overseas and supports production, purchasing, engineering, sales, procurement, logistics and other aspects of the business. Payne travels extensively, both domestically and internationally, to develop customer and supplier relationships.
Randy Jones serves as the Senior Engineering Technical Manager for CAB Incorporated. He is responsible for new product/program launch and for driving continuous improvement activities throughout the organization. Randy is a detail focused individual that interrelates customer needs with the supply chain to ensure customer requirements are achieved.
Richard Drye serves as the Project Management and Operations Director for Castings and Forgings at CAB Incorporated. His duties include developing, implementing and sustaining inventory supply chain modeling and replenishment for Castings and Forgings customer base. He also monitors and manages account Day-to-Day operation delivery execution and performance including Continuous Process Improvement processes.
Bill Hughes serves as the Sales Account Manager for CAB Incorporated, though he also does quite a bit of work in Business Development. Bill joined CAB in March 2013 after spending 4 years as a Manufacturing Manager for one of the top wind-Turbine Manufacturers. Prior to working in the wind-industry, Bill spent 20 years in design, development and manufacturing of precision machined components for the computer industry, At CAB, Bill manages several key accounts and continues to develop new accounts.
Lisa Smallwood serves as the Import Coordinator for CAB incorporated. She has been with CAB Incorporated since 1999. Her main responsibility is coordinating all incoming shipments from overseas to their final destination. This includes confirming bookings, tracking containers, updating our logistics system 'CABPORT', and receiving the inventory in our system. Also responsible for accounting duties which include entering receivables, payables, sales orders, and issuing overseas purchase orders.
Tracy Adams has been a part of our Sales department at CAB since 1991, and is responsible for the eastern half of the United States. He takes the time to develop lasting relationships with customers, and even considers most of them to be his friends, more than his customers. His philosophy at work is to strive for honesty and integrity in all of his relationships and to give more than he receives, which really pays off at the end of the day.
Jeff Zink serves as the Information Technology Manager for CAB Incorporated and has been with the company since 2005. In addition to supporting global operations, Jeff also handles building maintenance for the headquarters office located in Buford, Georgia.
Casey Yerlow serves as Controller for CAB Incorporated, and has been with the company since 2012. She oversees all day-to-day accounting functions, as well as preparation of internal and external financial statements.
Brittany Drye serves as a Logistics/Quality/Accounting Administrative Technician for CAB Incorporated, and has been with the company since 2014. Her duties include processing customer quality complaints, customer sales order and vendor purchase order entry, updating import logistics tracking, inventory usage and trend reporting, monthly commission report calculations, and accounts payable review, entry and payment processing.
Allen is the Plant Manager of the CAB Texas plant. He is responsible for the oversight of all operations of the plant. Before joining CAB in 2006 Allen worked in a valve manufacturing facility for 19 years.
Dan Franke joined CAB in 2005 and is currently the western US region Sales Manager. Dan believes in developing strong relationships with his customers as he has been on both sides of the fence in his career. Timely feedback and quotes are important in the new world of business as time becomes more of a precious commodity. Prior to moving into sales, he spent 8.5 years working in the domestic production areas of the company with duties including purchasing, estimating, and production management.
Greg Machann serves as the Quality Assurance Inspection Coordinator for CAB Incorporated. His responsibilities include: reviewing and approving all of the orders that come through our manufacturing facility, reviewing and approving the quality related documents submitted by our suppliers for the wind tower flanges and for the shafts and pinions used in the oil pumping units, and submitting these documents to the customer. Greg works closely with the freight forwarders and trucking companies in scheduling the deliveries of tower flanges to our customers.
Obie Jones is the Warehouse Manager and Castings Quality Manager for CAB, located at CAB's Nacogdoches, Texas manufacturing and distribution facility. He manages all warehouse operations for castings and forgings inventory maintained in Texas. Obie and his team are also responsible for a wide variety of quality assurance functions, including our "CAB Certified" inspections on mission critical parts – those that require a high level of inspection both overseas and in the U.S. prior to release to our customers.
Chris Cockrell is CAB's Assistant Operations Manager for Shipping, Quality, and Information Technology. Chris joined the CAB team in 2009. He is responsible for the shipping/receiving and incoming/outgoing inspections of imported and CAB manufactured pipe flanges. In addition, he assists CAB's IT Manager with IT requirements at CAB's Texas facility. He also manages steel plate inventory and purchasing, as well as, imported flange inventory management and inventory audit counts.
Cheryl Bevers is an Accountant for CAB, located at the Nacogdoches, Texas facility. She is responsible for accounting and administrative duties for the Texas manufacturing and distribution operation. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Todd Preston works for CAB Incorporated as the Warehouse Manager of our warehouse located in Sumner, WA. Todd enjoys spending time with his wife and 10 year-old son, doing various outdoor activities. They enjoy spending time at the Oregon dunes, playing in the sand on their quads. During the summer months, or when it’s nice outside, Todd and his son Nathan enjoy cruising around in his 1963 Mercury Meteor. Finally, Todd and his family are all huge Seattle Seahawks fans. You can be sure to find them at every home game, and they usually start tailgating the evening before with the help of their “Seahawk Tailgating RV”.
John Zhang serves as the Quality Control Manager in CAB China. His job duties include auditing potential suppliers, evaluating supplier capability and developing supplier database. John also directs the quality team on the sourcing projects management including process control, production quality review and on-time delivery control. Additionally, he analyzes technical drawings and sets up product acceptance criteria.
Hill spends most of his time in factories in the southern part of China ensuring product and process quality. He works closely with suppliers to refine processes and reduce quality and manufacturing costs. He also excels at casting pouring systems design, 3D modeling and finite element analysis of castings.
James Wang serves as the Supplier Quality Engineer in CAB China. His job duties include assuring product and process quality of supplied parts, solving processing problems, analyzing 3D models, and other problems about software. Wang also sources new parts from northern factories in China.
Chris Jia serves as the Supplier Quality Engineer in CAB China. His job duties include: perform supplier capability assessments , driving true and loyal supplier partnerships, interface with flanges’ suppliers to establish forged flange MPP's, PQRs, working instructions, as well as, flanges’ inspection specification, complete final inspection before shipping to US. Works with the suppliers to resolve quality issues / NCRs, root cause analysis, 8D report and corrective actions.
Tony Hu serves as the Product Inspector in CAB China. His day-to-day duties include reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and quality assurance standards, as well as giving written and verbal instructions, setting up the inspection process, and determining gauging requirements for new jobs. He also ensures the product quality and traceability and the on-time delivery, reviews supplier machining process to determine if their machining fixtures, tooling, and measurement tools (gauges) are acceptable. Additionally, Tony manages the supplier corrective action program and improves its effectiveness for quality problems, and finds new forging flange suppliers to meet quality requirements.Tony holds a Bachelor's degree in Metallic Material Engineering. His hobbies outside out work include travelling, biking and ping-pong.
Parth Sharma serves as the Managing Director in CAB India. His job functions include the following: Managing the entire operations of CAB in India; Overseeing and supervising the financial and administrative aspects; Assisting in recruitment and training of the staff in India, motivating and guiding them to become better managers, and educating them on presentations and communication skills; Regular meetings to set targets and discuss progress and resolve the issues being faced;
Jitender Pratap serves as the Project Manager in CAB India. Some of his job duties include the following: analyzing opportunities, providing root cause analysis, and developing and implementing solutions for existing products and processes through collaboration with other engineering, technical, and sales groups; Working in close coordination with vendors for detailing them on quality requirements and finalizing the quality plan; Approving the control plans at the vendors end and to monitor trends;
Sanjeev Jaganoor serves as the Supplier Quality Engineer in CAB India. The main focus of his job includes providing assistance in root cause analysis, performing dimensional & visual inspections on a variety of products, and reviewing suppliers' quality documents like Material Test Reports, Mill Test certificates, traceability documents and DIRS.
Karan Kumar serves as the Supplier Quality Engineer in CAB India. The main focus of his job includes providing assistance in root cause analysis, Training Suppliers on Product quality requirement, assisting in implementing quality systems, quality procedures, Managing & Monitoring suppliers production and delivery schedules, Preparing quality procedures like QAP, MPP & control plan, Assisting supplier in new product development on a variety of products, and reviewing suppliers' quality documents like Material Test Reports, Mill Test certificates, traceability documents and DIRS.
Rohan Hande serves as the Supplier Quality Engineer in CAB India. Completed Graduation in Mechanical Engineering in 2013 after that he has completed Design Engineer Course in PRO-E, CATIA and AUTO-CAD Software’s. Good experience in Design and Development in Gear Industry. Well versed with Transmission components machining & develop the same up to its final stage. The main focus of his job includes providing assistance in root cause analysis, assisting in implementing quality systems, quality procedures, Managing & Monitoring suppliers production and delivery schedules, Assisting supplier in new product development on a variety of products, and reviewing suppliers' quality documents like Material Test Reports, Mill Test certificates, traceability documents and DIRS.
Yogesh Kumar serves as Supplier Quality Engineer in CAB India. The main focus of his job includes assuring on time delivery of product by managing supplier production management, assisting suppliers for the management of New parts development, educate the suppliers about quality & system requirements and auditing that they are meeting to requirements, analysing & eliminating the product quality related problem up to grass root level & Verification of quality and development related documents. Yogesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical & Automation Engineering (2014), and is a certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001: 2015. He has a good experience in QC-QA, QMS, core tools FMEA, SPC, PPAP, Calibration of mechanical instrument & programming of 3D CMM (PC Dmis & Calypso Software). He likes shooting games, traveling and cooking.

Roger Jankes is the General Manager of South Africa operation, CAB WW SA Pty Ltd. He has more than 30 years experienced in the piping industry. He has experience in the manufacture, design and product development of both Steel and Plastics piping systems. Roger has been involved in developing products and marketing into the mining industry and infrastructure markets, in Africa, Europe and South America. Wildlife conservation is a passion, and his hobbies include going to the gym, walking his dog, watching sports (especially motor racing), golfing, spending time with his grandson, trying different restaurants, and travelling anywhere in the world.
Janine Kotze serves as the Accounting and Operations Manager in CAB South Africa. Her job functions include Stock Management (placing of stock orders, managing and transferring stock between warehouses, dealing with discrepancies, year-end stock takes, and managing stock that goes out for machining and galvanizing); Import control (Liaise with forwarding and clearing agents with regards to status of shipments and making sure we receive the containers as expected); Internal Sales (Assisting with internal sales calls and emails, and quoting and order processing).
Janie Henning serves as an internal sales person at CAB South Africa. She has a strong background in the sales industry for flanges, piping, fittings, roofing, structural tubing in both mild steel as well as stainless steel. Her job functions include processing of quotes, proforma invoices and sales orders from customers. Her day-to-day functions includes assisting customers with ex stock materials as well as non stocked flanges, sourcing the material for them and liase with suppliers for best prices possible.
Leoni Deyzel-Van Staden serves as the Office Administrator in CAB South Africa. Her job functions include: answering of phones, attending to any accounts related query, cash sales, invoicing, assisting the sales department, helping with material certs, ordering office supplies, miscellaneous account administration, banking and cashing checks, dealing with customer statements, petty cash reconcile, expense claims, weekly timesheets, assisting with account receivable, and assisting with yearly audits.
Johannes Dikhoba serves as the Warehouse Manager for CAB South Africa. His job functions include receiving, checking, dispatching of stock, making entries in warehouse for inventory goods, assuring movement of stock good, storing information relating to inventory stock, delivering goods according to documents issued by the client, and keeping up with the accuracy of stock record.
